Keeping a journal can help you recognise when you get overwhelmed and to remember things that have helped you before. Try the YourCrew Journal diary and attached journal calendar to track your feelings - they are both private.

Making a safety plan is a good way to remember activities that have helped in the past and to log important numbers for easy access. You can create a safety plan from your dashboard and you can access it quickly from there or the Haptic menu on your screen (iPhone only).
