Here are some examples of things that can make you feel bad – there are many more.
1. Relationship break-up
2. Friendship issues i.e. bullying, diversity
3. School issues i.e. failed exam; struggling to cope
4. Parental Problems i.e. fighting; divorce
5. Sexual – identity, contraception, hormonal and body changes
6. Someone you know has died
You are not alone - it is important that you speak with someone about this.
Life is full of good things but sometimes bad things happen too.
You deserve support through this.
Reach out to your Crew or, if you can, to your parents.
Sometimes sharing worries is enough but if you still feel bad, ask them to make an appointment at your GP, or if needed, ask them to take you to the nearest Emergency Room or call any of the Crisis
numbers in your State ( see A-Z professional help ), or,
Write in your Private Journal (button on your dashboard) - write & add photos - you can share with your Crew if you want .. but you don't have to.
Create a Safety Plan (button on your dashboard) - this is great for identifying triggers and things that helped in the past. You can add live contact numbers and share with your psych, parents or trusted people.
