Janine Baker

Project Manager

Janine Baker is a semi-retired senior executive with more than 35 years’ experience across international corporations. She brings 18 years of experience in merchant banking in Australia and a further 18 years in the contact centre industry, most notably as Country Head for a US multinational in India, where Janine successfully built the India operation from inception to a workforce of more than 500 staff. More recently, Janine has worked in a contingent role with NSW Ministry of Health.

Now, as a Project Manager at HRF, she is excited to leverage her extensive leadership and operational experience to support the regional expansion of the YourCrew Classroom programs—a program she feels strongly aligned with and deeply committed to.
