As young people move through their school years, they experience changing relationships, new expectations and important social and emotional milestones.
The Harrison Riedel Foundation works with schools to help young people build the skills and confidence to navigate challenges, support one another and seek help when they need it.
Our curriculum-aligned YourCrew school programs provide age-appropriate learning experiences that strengthen relationships, build resilience and help students understand what to say, what to do and where to go for help.

YourCrew: Transition to High School
Year 6 | STAGE 3
Building confidence, connections and help-seeking skills before high school. The move to high school can bring a mix of excitement, anticipation and uncertainty. Transition to High School helps students prepare by developing emotional literacy, establishing support networks and learning how to manage change, cope with setbacks and know where to turn for help.
YourCrew: Starting Strong
Year 7 | STAGE 4
Building friendships, resilience and confidence during the first year of high school. The first year of high school brings new routines, relationships and expectations. Starting Strong helps students navigate these changes, manage emotions, make positive choices online and develop the confidence to seek help for themselves or a friend.
YourCrew Classroom
Year 8-9 | STAGE 4-5
Deepening emotional awareness, strengthening resilience and understanding when and how to seek support. As young people move through adolescence, relationships and social pressures become more complex. YourCrew Classroom builds on students’ existing emotional awareness and develops their skills to navigate relationships, manage setbacks, recognise when they or others need support, and know what to say, what to do and where to go for help.
